Cancellation conditions

For bookings via email or telephone or for direct bookings via our website.

  • Reservations can be cancelled free of charge by either party
    up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date
  • 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date, 40 %
    of the total arrangement price will be charged as cancellation fees
  • 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date, 70 %
    of the total arrangement price will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the last week before arrival date, in case of no-show
    and early departure, 90 % of the total arrangement price will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If the deposit is refunded, a processing fee of EUR 30,– will be retained

Travel Insurance

We want you to feel safe. What if you can’t go on your well-deserved holiday because you fall ill? Just in case, we strongly recommend taking out insurance. For this, we suggest the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance from Europäische Travel Insurance (includes helicopter rescue).


The right of withdrawal according to § 18 (1) item 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
